Rules

1. Points expire 5 months from date of last purchase.
2. Statements mailed quarterly 4/1, 7/1, 10/1 and 1/1.
3. Points are given for products only. Points not awarded for labor, cod, freight, finance charges, re-stocking fees, etc.
4. Point redemptions are subject to merchandise availability.
5. Merchandise shipped by ground transportation. Charges may apply for other shipping requests.
6. Orders must be submitted by fax, mail or internet. No orders will be taken over the phone.
